Donations and Sharing Activities

To grow together with local communities, ILJIN Electric carries out a range of sharing activities, including employee-participation campaigns to donate clothing and daily necessities and group blood donation drives with the Korean Red Cross. In addition, through support for the Community Chest of Korea (Fruit of Love) and the Hongseong Love Scholarship Foundation, as well as donations to domestic and international disaster relief funds, the company contributes to education and welfare support and the development of local communities, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.

Support for Local Events and Environmental Initiatives

ILJIN Electric sponsors local events such as the Hwasan-dong Hyo Culture Festival and the Hongseong Global BBQ Festival, contributing to the revitalization of local culture and community harmony. The company also uses approximately 25 tons of locally grown Hongseong rice each year to support local farmers and the regional economy. Furthermore, through support for Chungcheongnam-do's Resident-Participation Forest Creation Project and activities with the Gyeonggi Climate and Environment Council, ILJIN Electric takes part in preserving the local ecological environment and responding to climate change.

Fostering Local Talent

Since 2017, ILJIN Electric has operated an industry-academia apprenticeship school with Hongseong Technical High School, and since 2019, a high-skilled work-study program with Woosong Information College, supporting the development of young local talent and field-oriented vocational education.

Employment of Athletes with Disabilities

In cooperation with Hongseong County and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities, ILJIN Electric continuously employs athletes with disabilities and provides a stable training environment, contributing to the advancement of sports for people with disabilities and the creation of social value.
