Risk Assessment
Risk AssessmentILJIN Electric continuously identifies and improves potential hazards and risks within its processes at both domestic and overseas business sites. Regular risk assessments are conducted to enable employees to identify and address potential hazards and risks in their own processes and work activities. In addition, ad hoc risk assessments are carried out whenever new or additional hazards arise to prevent workplace accidents.
Employee Health Management
Employee Health ManagementILJIN Electric conducts annual general and special health examinations, as well as work environment assessments and health promotion programs, to ensure employee well-being and prevent occupational diseases. In addition, regular ergonomic assessments are carried out across all work processes to prevent musculoskeletal disorders that may occur in the workplace.
Safety and Health Management System
Safety and Health Management SystemILJIN Electric has established a systematic occupational health and safety management framework by obtaining ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification across all of its business sites.
Based on its Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), the Company continuously identifies and improves workplace hazards and risks while carrying out various occupational health and safety initiatives, including compliance with safety-related laws and requirements, accident prevention, risk assessments, and employee health management.
